CUSEC Members, Associates, and supporting States will participate in CAPSTONE-14, a regional, multi-state exercise designed to test response and recovery capabilities following a major New Madrid Seismic Zone (NMSZ) earthquake.

Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear has appointed Michael Dossett as Director of Kentucky Emergency Management, effective June 1, 2014.  with his appointment as Emergency Management Director, Mr. Dossett will also serve as a member of the CUSEC Board of Directors.
