CUSEC Board Chairman
Mr. Patrick Sheehan is the Director of the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) and Chairman of the CUSEC Board of Directors. The TEMA Director is charged with the responsibility for ensuring Tennessee’s local governments are prepared to deal with the various disasters and emergencies that may affect the state and its citizens. In addition to CUSEC, Director Sheehan holds leadership positions within the National Emergency Management Association (NEMA), and is a founding member of CUSEC’s Consortium for Emergency Services Technology (CEST).
CUSEC Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of CUSEC are the heads of the Emergency Management Agencies of the eight Member States and two Associate States. The Board meets quarterly to maintain the shape and direction of CUSEC.
