The Center for Earthquake Research and Information has given their “Recent Earthquakes” map a new look, updating it to be based around Google maps. This interactive map can be viewed in Map, Satellite, or Terrain views, and can also filter earthquakes to view different magnitudes. The map displays earthquakes that have happened in the central U.S. over the past six months. This feature rich map can be accessed by visiting http://www.ceri.memphis.edu/seismic/recenteqs/REQ2.html.
