This month, Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) Director Jonathon Monken was elected Chairman of the CUSEC Board of Directors. Chairman Monken succeeds Paul Parmenter, who recently retired from public service. Mr. Parmenter served as Director of Missouri State Emergency Management Agency since 2009. Replacing Parmenter as Missouri SEMA Director is Donald L. King, who previously served in the Missouri Attorney General’s office, and most recently in Missouri’s Office of Administration.
CUSEC would like to thank Mr. Parmenter for his dedication and leadership as Chairman of the Board, and wish both Chairman Monken and Director King the best of luck in their new positions on the CUSEC Board of Directors.
