The Earthquake Engineering Research Institute (EERI) has invited prospective authors to submit abstracts of no more than 500 words for its Tenth U.S. National Conference on Earthquake Engineering to be held on July 21-25, 2014 in Anchorage, Alaska. With its theme of “Frontiers of Earthquake Engineering,” this upcoming conference is the 50th anniversary of the Great Alaska Earthquake and Tsunami, and will provide a unique environment for (student) researchers and professionals from a broad range of disciplines to share the latest knowledge and techniques to mitigate the devastating effects of earthquakes and tsunamis.
Information about the abstract selection criteria, technical program topic areas and the paper acceptance schedule is located at http://10ncee.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/10NCEE_Call-for-Papers.pdf.
