2020 National Earthquake Conference Registration Underway…

Held once every four years, the next National Earthquake Conference (NEC) is set for March 4-6, 2020 in San Diego, CA.

As one of the supporting organizations of the NEC, CUSEC encourages you to register for the conference today. Early-bird conference registration is available through the end of December. This year’s conference is being co-hosted by the Earthquake Engineering Research Institute (EERI) and the Federal Alliance for Safe Homes (FLASH).

The conference provides a unique opportunity for engagement and best practice sharing among academia, building code experts, engineers, businesses, design/build professionals, FEMA Directorates, first responders, geologists, local emergency managers, insurance and reinsurance professionals, local and tribal governments, private sector practitioners, U.S. State and Territorial Earthquake Managers, NEHRP Agencies, and volunteers. You can read about the outcomes from the 2016 NEC as well as the 2016 NEC media impact report.

You can also join the NEC as a sponsor and take the opportunity to spotlight your business or organization while you network with leaders in the seismic risk community. Download the NEC Sponsorship prospectus or contact Zoe LaPointe at zoe@flash.org for more information on becoming a conference sponsor.

Click here to take advantage of early-bird registration prices, which expire at the end of December.
